Strata Complex – Darley Street, Manly – Northern Beaches

We have been servicing the Automatic Swing Gate Systems at this complex since 1997.When we first took over the maintenance of the Automatic Security Gates in this complex we replaced the poor quality domestic motors that had been installed by another company with new heavy duty electro-hydraulic operators suited to the intensive operation of this site.

It has only been recently that we have had to update the electro-hydraulic operators on this site. The site is now using the BFT LUX Electro-Hydraulic Swing Gate Operators. The BFT LUX Electro-Hydraulic Swing Gate Operators are designed for intensive use, they are a strong hydraulic gate operator which well supports the security and protects the parking area for the residents of the complex in a busy area such as Manly.

The entry gate is connected to a Proximity access system ensuring the gates remain closed at all times to ensure full security of the carpark area.
